Why We Started Photography

Photography started for us with something simple: a desire to help people hold onto the moments that matter most.

We never set out thinking this would become a business. It started in 2025 when we picked up cameras together out of curiosity, something new to explore as a couple. But what we found was more than just a creative outlet. We found a way to serve people in a different, deeply meaningful way. By 2026, we fully committed ourselves to photography, and we haven’t looked back since.

At the heart of everything we do is one shared passion: helping people.

Whether it’s through Nicole’s care in the NICU at St. Luke’s Hospital, Konner’s years of service in law enforcement, or the way we show up for our family and community, serving others has always been part of who we are. Photography became an extension of that same calling.

For us, photography is not just about taking pictures. It’s about creating an experience where people feel comfortable, seen, and truly themselves. We believe the best images happen when there’s no pressure, just natural connection, real emotion, and genuine moments unfolding as they are.

We love capturing it all: the laughter that can’t be held in, the quiet in between glances, the chaos of life, and the beauty hidden in everyday moments. These are the pieces of your story that deserve to be remembered.

Our goal is simple: to help you feel confident, to make you shine, and to give you images that bring you back to how it felt in that moment, years down the road.

Our Story

We’re high school sweethearts. We grew up side by side, learning life together, supporting each other’s dreams, and building something rooted in love, trust, and connection. That foundation is still what guides us today, not just in life, but in how we approach every person we photograph.

Nicole spends her days as a NICU nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital, caring for some of the most fragile lives and walking alongside families during some of their most emotional moments. That experience has shaped the way she sees people, with deep empathy, patience, and intention.

Konner, formerly in law enforcement, brings a steady and grounded presence to everything we do. Now a stay at home dad to our son Oliver, he’s embraced a new rhythm of life filled with early mornings, laughter, and the kind of everyday moments that remind us how quickly time moves. Becoming parents changed how we see the world, it taught us to value the in between moments just as much as the big ones.

Together, we’ve built a life centered on people, connection, and presence. Photography is simply the way we share that with others.

At the end of the day, this isn’t just photography to us. It’s your story, told honestly, beautifully, and with heart.
